How long does it take to receive my product?

Because we utilize a print-on demand system, products begin processing when you submit your order. The process may take up to 5 days before shipping. Once shipped, products may arrive at your location 6 ~ 10 days, depending on your country`s postal customs and security checking system. While delivery times are generally short (usually about 1 week from purchase) we do ask you to allow 14 ~ 20 days for shipping.

How are shipping and VAT Taxes calculated?

For most countries, VAT and Taxes are already calculated into the purchase upon checkout. For a few countries, additional VAT and taxes may be charged upon checkout due to their country`s postal requirements or sudden changes in local VAT Taxes.

Which sizes are available?

Our products tend to use standard U.S. sizes due to the greater variety of product size ranges available. Please check the size chart included at the bottom of each product description before buying. Please note that 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL size ranges may not be available in some countries.

How do I track my packages?

Packages are generally assigned a tracking number upon when product has been shipped. You should receive an email with the tracking link at the address you registered upon purchase. This link can be used to tack your package at carious points along the way until you receive it. Please not, that different companies may use/update their tracking data at various intervals. some updates to tracking data might not occur for a few days even thought the package is still en route.

Product Return Policy

Product returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. In the case of an incorrect order selection by the customer (wrong size, color, etc. selected by the customer prior to checkout), returns may not be granted... But we do realize that people make mistakes and we do value our customers, so just contact us and we`ll see what van be done! :)

In the case of a broken or damaged product, please take a photo of the item immediately after opening the package to confirm the damage and send us the photo. We will evaluate the damage and consider what to do from there. We generally don`t refund money, however you may receive a free/discounted replacement item.
